Thanks for doing this. One thing that would be great is to list all
bugs that we now must be fixed before switching this to the production
site (into our bug tracker, with a clear identifier allowing to filter
out bugs that must be fixed before the release, and those who can wait
afterwards). That would, I think, help in seeing what's left to be done.
