Yes, we knew about this, but for the diffs in /redaction-period/ to
work, it was necessary to reset some timestamp in the state.txt file.
We received some help from the #osm people, and the replication process
is working again, as can be seen at
http://stats.maposmatic.org/r2d2/browse/gcc20.fsffrance.org/replication/.
The only issue is that once they switch to ODBL, we will have to do a
new full planet import again, because they will stop offering diffs for
the old CC-BY-SA database.
