Follow-up Comment #1, bug #43483 (project maposmatic):

At 60x200cm the result is larger than any of the predefined formats, so it is
the only plausible choice left.

The "resizing my broswer window" part is confusing though: how would that
affect the paper size calculation? I'd get it if the calculation happened on
the browser side, but it is a server side operation that only gets the
latitude/longitude bounding box as input ...?
