Just so we're all clear, this will definitely be a pain in the ass for 
some period of time until we get settled into the new system. There 
will be things we really liked about Redmine that are not in Trac. I'm 
betting that the reverse will be true, too. I'm also betting that we'll 
get to a point where it's good enough by the end of the week and we can 
continue tweaking things going forward that are less urgent.

I'll try to work through issues as they come up over the next couple of 
weeks so as to reduce the disruption and get us moving along again as 
quickly as possible.
