[GMG-Devel] 0.7.0 freeze!

Hello all,

0.7.0 is *frozen*!  This means that from now until release (hopefully
next Monday, the 11th), we'll be focusing on bug fixes only.

You can help!  Here are several ways to help:
 - Translate!
   https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/mediagoblin/

 - Test the code!  Can you upgrade from one version to another okay?  Do
   the various features seem to work right?  Are the docs working nicely?

 - Test the new pump-based API!  More docs on this over the next day or
   so, though there are already quite a few docs (see the Pump API
