Ah, I wasn't being clear. I meant the PyPI release only. I think it's
something of a barrier to entry for new users to have to install Node
etc. when Mediagoblin itself doesn't require Node to run.
A release tarball for distros and people who know what they're doing
would of course have nothing bundled.
