That `seems` like you may have duplicated targets in your Makefile.
You could try modifying it according to the instructions at "Step 5c:
Cross compile your Project (Makefile)" in the tutorial:
http://www.nongnu.org/mingw-cross-env/#tutorial
And let the compiler do the work for you.
