The current development version is building successfully on the
systems below. Some of them are clean installs, so I had a chance to
test the docs (diff attached).

FreeBSD - the newly installed flex from packages needs to be found
before the pre-installed version and make it clear that NSIS doesn't
affect the rest of mingw-cross-env.
Mac OSX 10.6 - the system "make" is now "gmake", so it doesn't need to
be installed from macports.
Open Solaris - remove extraneous /usr/bin in path modification. The
default path has /usr/gnu/bin before /usr/bin and we want to keep that
to use the GNU environment.

All the download URLs are working too.
