Hello,

I downloaded MXE yesterday morning and started a full build at 9:00 AM (CDT)

Sometime after 4:00 AM this morning, it failed to load qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.8.7.tar.gz

The following was the script (Makefile) output at the time of the failure:

[download]?????? qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.8.7.tar.gz
MXE Warning! Downloading qt from backup.
[build]???????????? qt????????????????????????????????????????
i686-w64-mingw32.static

make: *** [Makefile:820: /opt/mxe/usr/i686-w64-mingw32.static/installed/qt] Error 1

ls

however the log/qt_download log file showed that the download was successful.

the log/qt_i686-w64-mingw32.static log file shows Fild Dialog errors starting at line?? 4598. (and continuing trough the rest of the file)

I have attached the log file the e-mail.

I like the promise of the project, to cross-compile from my Linux box (Fedora 30)

I would like to get MXE fully operational.

Does anyone ahve any thoughts on how I should best to proceed in order to get MXE fully operational on my machine?

FYI:

I have the latest Qt Creator (Community)?? containing Qt5 installed.

I have Qt 4 something installed with necessitas (2015 vintage library for Qt devlopment on Android)

I also have the latest Android Studio installed.

Thanks,

Jim Garner
