Follow-up Comment #25, task #4313 (project mldonkey):

"but don't forget that mldonkey is blocked till the file is commited."
Only if temp_directory and the incoming directory are on different
physical partitions. MLDonkey always tries to move the file, if
this fails due to different physical partitions the file is copied,
only this copying will block the core. Patches for threaded copying
which really works are welcome...
