Follow-up Comment #27, task #4313 (project mldonkey):

done -> Two new functions in CommonFile for filtering file lists
user2_filter_files : CommonTypes.file list -> string -> CommonTypes.file
list
user2_allow_file_view : CommonTypes.file -> string -> bool

New variable CommonUserDb.admin_user to be used instead of string "admin".

multiuser_filter_files.patch must be applied after all the other patches.
