Follow-up Comment #2, task #10896 (project mldonkey):

Several administrators who need to be aware that was  download. Plus I think
it would be reasonable to expand the event to which mail send account for
administrators, it is critically important if the disk is full or something
interfering with MLdonkey.

Request email settings and getting each individual user with a separate
address if you have not already done so, I'll do a separate task.
