I have nearly everything ready my compiler is -V3.1 that support 64bit. I

Thanks, it will be cool :)

Martin

You can get it at:

http://www.iei.tu-clausthal.de/misc-stuff/admin-filez/monit/monit-cvs-sol7-64-nossl-bin.gz

Unfortunately I was not able to get ssl to work properly in 64bit. I have
use gcc-3.1. CFLAGS are for me "-V3.1 -m64 -mcpu=v9
-L/usr/local/lib/sparcv9".
This binary does NOT have -g enabled. My gcc won't run with -g. )-: I
have made a quick test with this binary, but I could not test your issue.

I made the test - it works good with 64-bit program:

Process 'ldap' is running with pid [10340]
       Uptime: 4d 6h 8m CPU: 39.6% Memory w/o children: 79.5% [1583856kB]
       Children: 0 Memory w/ children: 75.5% [1583856kB]
       Monitoring status: monitored

=> maybe it could be usefull to add information for this special process monitoring case (which probably will grow with present 64-bit market)

Thanks,
Martin
