The hack I put into the 0.43-2 package in order to find out what's
going wrong on sparc seems to have, instead, caused it to get hung up
in "building" state for three days now on sparc, and to trip the
300-minute timeout on hppa. I've done a new rev of the package,
changing the hack to use glibc backtrace() instead of system(gdb)
which ought to be more robust, and I've also put in a tweak requested
some time ago by the debian boost maintainer - we now list all of the
current boost packages as build-dependency alternatives. (They are
planning to get rid of the older ones in this release cycle.)
Signed amd64 build is at http://www.panix.com/~zackw/debian/ or you
can pull t:debian-monotone-0.43-3.
zw (hoping this won't drag on as long as 0.40 did ...)
