OK, my point was that org.debian.monotone is already on 0.99.1 so I
assumed any 0.48 related uploads would exist on the
org.debian.monotone.squeeze branch. IIRC, the changelog editor was one
of the main reasons for there being a 0.99 at all. I was hoping that
0.99 might get exposed to a wider audience before it gets committed in
stone.
