I'll import 3.1.6 (versions seem to come fast these days). To me this seems like a merge artifact (or forgotten file) (I tested the code of course). Christof PS: Because of the abysmal speed on the cvssync branch I added a working --since argument to limit the number of revisions imported into the database.
