Thanks. In my case it doesn't matter, as I don't run Windows. But if I 
may make a suggestion, perhaps "someone" should fix this. I can see how 
other projects may need this feature.

If you get a standard hosting package to use as a central server, the 
web host is not going to let you run a separate server program on a new 
port. So if you are a Windows developer and your server is a typical web 
hosting package, you can't use monotone. :-(
