I ran 'mtn disapprove' but it doesn't seem to do anything:

What gives? The hashes are the same. Monotone didn't do anything! When I 
run mtn log I get:

So I am still at the a4042.. revision. And in the log I can see that it 
mentions the file that I did not want to include in this commit.
