Paper for nesc workshop - DDeR to put together draft and circulate to all.
DDeR can attend at least one day of event.

Poster for Manchester e-science awareness day - June to lead - event
is first week of May, deadline for posters in couple of weeks.

Project wiki things - setting up new machine - June will chase. DDeR to
send everything myExperiment-related to David ready for when machine is
available (inc finalised kickoff meeting notes). Once the server is
available it will help us share thing.

April 10th project meeting - this is show and tell for core project team
and focused planning for next month, so core members only. Southampton
attendees will be DDeR and Don. DDeR will liasie with chemists and they
will be represented at 2 month meeting.

Embedding of Matt and David commences the following week, 16-27th.

Matt has produced a working prototype which enables you to login and
upload workflows represented in xscufl and have them associated with self.
Workflows stored in mysql database - id for workflow and id for user.
Uploads image as well, extracts title and description, like a preview
(three thumbnails) - this has been done by David as an exercise using
Ruby. Matt also looking at workflow execution - clicking on workflows.

David has been looking at what people do when they share workflows - e.g.
most people have title and description, which may or may not be scufl
description, some people just have a directory listing, some images, some
free text, some have actual input documents.

Don is looking at making repository services available via ajax and how
these can be integrated with different wikis. This raises issues of IDs
and how workflows are annotated with other objects (eg documentation).

Don has set up a server (in addition to his vista desktop) to run services
on so that people can experiment with them - he will get firewall opened
for this.

Alan is putting together review of what objects need to be discovered and
shared.

June reminded everyone that until we have Wiki everyone should circulate
everything on list.

The names on the myExperiment mailing list will be sent to DDeR so he can
check who's on there in Southampton.
