Nobody is working on Bulgarian right now, as far as I can tell.
Are you aware of the Bulgarian Team at the Translation Project?
GNU nano translations are managed from there, so you should really
consider joining the team while you translate nano.

or contact Pavel Mihaylov <address@hidden> for information about
what you need to do. While you get in the TP, you can send the
translation directly to me. When you become a member of the TP,
translations should be sent using their own ways.
