[Nano-devel] quote35.diff split

I've split DB's quote35.diff into two main parts (and added
Changelog entries for both), the first containing the minor
fixes and the second containing the color/display routines
rewrite.  I'll be testing the former first (most of the
fixes in it are in earlier versions that I've been running
for a few weeks w/o any apparent problems, but I want to be
absolutely sure they and the newer fixes work properly) to
try and get it in at some point in the near future.  The
pieces are at:
