[Nano-devel] documentation updates patch

I've come up with a patch to fix a few minor documentation
problems with nano-1.1.11-cvs.

Changes:
* move the search string history item in TODO to the "nano
1.4" section
* document DB's addition to AUTHORS in the Changelog
* add DB to do_credits(), since he's now listed in AUTHORS
* rework faq.html to fix a few minor errors/broken links
and make it fully compliant with HTML 4.01 Transitional
* add comment to nanorc.sample noting that quotes don't
need to be escaped in color regexes
