[Nano-devel] F2 key causing filename problem

Hi again

 It has been a while since I have been around this mailing list.  Hope 
everyone is doing OK?

 I got the 1.1.11 from the tar file and compiled it.  I did the 
following and would like't to get your feedback on the behavior I saw.

- start nano without a file
- press CTRL-o
- press F2 a few times

messages at the bottom of window disappear.  Is this expected?
