[Nano-devel] Translation updates

David, just for heads up: I sent nano 1.3.9pre1 for translation to the
TP guys the day you released, but only today it has been installed.

Our usual speedy translators will send updates very soon; so maybe
giving them 10 days starting from now would be cool.

Jordi, who will send the first translation update just now. :)
