Here's a better version of the patch, where Ctrl+Left also works on 
the status line, the Ctrl+Up and Down combinations jump to start and 
end of paragraph, and the Ctrl+cursor keys get printed correctly in 
the help text.  The new keys of course work only on a Konsole or 
xterm, not on a VT.  Any feedback will be appreciated.
