[Nano-devel] giving more feedback, like Pico

Hello all,

Looking at how Pico (version 5.04) behaves, there is one thing
that I like: when an unbound key combo is hit, it does not just
display "[ Unknown Command ]" but adds to the message the key
combo that was struck.  It does this also in the help viewer.
In Nano, the help viewer is completely silent upon striking
any unbound key.

Would it be okay to make Nano also give more of such feedback?
