Hi all,
With a recent commit [1], searching case-insensitively for a fixed string
has become twice as fast. (It's still five times slower than in 'less',
and twenty times slower than in 'vim', but still, it's a nice improvement.)
I'm pretty sure that it is a correct change, but it would be good if some
of you could put in some testing (if you use a UTF-8 locale; if not, there
has been no change).
