None of the above render in my linux console or urxvt.
◀ ▶ ▲ ▼
Those arrows have different codepoints and do render. They look similar to the
last set, except in console with Lat2-Terminus16 font they look identical to
the arrows currently in nanohelp syntax (←→↑↓). But ◀▶▲▼ suffer the same
problems as ←→↑↓ in many fonts. See attached image.
