Foreground and background colors can use this, using a bright attribute could 
only handle foreground. A new prefix similar to bright should be added instead 
of an attribute. Any ideas?

Or maybe allow bright prefix on background color and add a 
nobold/notbold/unbold attribute that prevents the bright on foreground color 
from bolding it.

color brightred,brightgreen // bold
color nobold,brightred,brightgreen // not bold
