Updated the patch with promptcolor and yesnocolor. And yes, the yesno prompts 
would stand out since they usually ask for confirmation that you might be about 
to do something wrong or dangerous. The default color for yesno prompt could 
maybe default to some form of "black,yellow", similar to how errorcolor 
defaults to "white,red".
