[Nano-devel] fixing a misbinding of <Bsp> in nano

Hello package maintainers,

Please apply the attached patch to nano-3.0, to correct a major
misbinding of ^H and/or the Backspace key on some terminals and
on some systems.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

(Version 3.1 will be released in one or two weeks.)
