If so many people are used to ^W^Y and ^W^V, it would be much better to
just revert the change that moved them from the ^W menu to the ^W^T
menu. (I don't mind the change, but I didn't mind things before the
change, either.) Trying to have it both ways by adding invisible,
un-rebindable keystrokes to a menu sets a terrible precedent. And the
former ^W^W and ^W^O also aren't handled by this.
