I've run KDE Neon from a USB stick, and have opened the previously attached
bidirectional.txt file in nano on Konsole...  The RTL phrases are in their
proper order (the first character is on the right and the last on the left)
but they are aligned to the left side of the terminal.  When placing the
cursor on the start of one of those lines, the first character comes from
the right end all the way to the left, under the cursor, and all other
characters move one position to the right.  When then typing <Right>, the
cursor moves one position to the right, the first character moves all the
way back to the right end, the second comes over to sit under the cursor,
and the last character jumps over the cursor to the left.  And so on.
(I hope I have described it correctly because it was very confusing and
weird.)

I think this is far worse than mlterm and basically unusable.

Next I will see if I can find a distro that has VTE 0.57.3 or newer, to
see how RTL text behaves there.
