This crash can be reproduced over an SSH session. Not tested elsewhere.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an empty file:

    $ touch aa

2. Open it:

    $ nano -IGz aa

3. Press Ctrl-Z to suspend nano (or go to 4 in another terminal.)

4. Open it again:

    $ nano -IGz aa

   which prompts:

    File aa is being edited by lh_mouse (with nano 4.9, PID 26686); open
anyway?

5. Zoom/resize the terminal window. Bang!

    lh_mouse@lhmouse-dev ~ $ nano -IGz aa
    Sorry! Nano crashed! Code: 11. Please report a bug.
