[PATCH] state flag related modifications

[ObeliX]

- bugfixes (1 & 3) : stateflag alignment in browser & mouse marking
- improvement (2)  : creation of a state string in stateflag-mode
- added feature (4): indicate if TABs are used or converted to SPACEs
