[Nel] Debian packages.

Hello NeL developers/users.

I would like to make Debian packages of NeL library. I need them to
create packages of mtp-target game. I saw that Loic Dachary was
maintaining packages of NeL, but he's not doing it anymore. I tried to
contact with him, but without success.
(btw: your link to his repository is outdated)

I've got one question. I personally don't like to package CVS versions
of programs/libraries. Do you intend to release some tarball with the
current version of NeL? This would simplify packaging and its versioning.
