i've put an irc server at 204.178.113.164
run netpanzer --lobby_server=204.178.113.164
has a high limit on nickname length, number of connections.

I don't know how long I can run it for though.

There is possibility that you'll be banned even if you aren't connected
to the freenode (normal session).

That's answer for my mail to freenode admins:

Hi!
The way the channel was set up made it look like there were a bunch of
clonebots. We tried to talk to the actual person who was in the
channel, but didn't get a response. I've removed your kline, but I would
like to know exactly what this client thing is that you guys are using.

Generally gaming is off topic for our network because it causes a lot of
problems, and attracts a lot of kiddies. How ever, we don't really
object to game development channels as those are more on topic for our
network.

I would encourage you to take a look at our website 'www.freenode.net'
and look under the channel guidelines, philsophy, and policies links.

Thanks!

We should try to solve this problem by using another way determine servers
That irc way was always problematic (nick collisions and now bans).
