    .gitignore: move ‘/configure~’ entry to correct section.
    
    For whatever reason, .gitignore has a section for each cleaning Makefile
    target but ‘superclean’ does not remove ‘/configure~’ so move it 
out of
    that section.
    
    Fixes bee25da0.
