Yup, moreproc and the 'exec less ...' make it work. I also played with
'showproc: mhl' and a private '~/Mail/mhl.format' but it supress only
the 'received' header but not 'Face' or 'user-agent'. On other emails it
supress for instance 'delivered-to'. Is there any difference in the
processing of simple mails and mails with mime parts?

% grep ignores Mail/mhl.format 
ignores=msgid,message-id,received,content-type,content-transfer-encoding,content-id,Face,user-agent,delivered-to
