It's a shame to have two ‘source of truth’ for the date, 1567890000 and
2019-09-07T16:00, but I can't spot a POSIX way of, say, using just
2019-09-07T16:00, touching the file, and then getting
seconds-since-epoch from its mtime to use in the Maildir filename.
It would need a little helper C program, and it's not worth it. :-)
