[Nss-mysql-users] Login Issues

When I try to log in via SSH I sometimes have a problem whereby after I
type my username and password the ssh client closes with no error
message. A look at my logs reveals the following error messages:

Aug 13 12:46:26 P233 PAM-warn[4475]: service: sshd [on terminal:
NODEVssh]
Aug 13 12:46:26 P233 PAM-warn[4475]: user: (uid=0) -> jeff [remote:
address@hidden
Aug 13 12:46:26 P233 sshd[4475]: Accepted password for jeff from
192.168.1.10 port 3111 ssh2
Aug 13 12:46:26 P233 nss-mysql[4475]: _nss_mysql_passwd_read_db:
mysql_store_result failed:
Aug 13 12:46:26 P233 sshd[4475]: fatal: login_init_entry: Cannot find
user "jeff"
Aug 13 12:46:26 P233 sshd[4475]: syslogin_perform_logout: logout()
returned an error

I am using the current version of nss-mysql (.40). Any ideas what could
be causing the problem? As I said this is an intermitant problem. Within
10 seconds of this error I was able to login sucessfully doing the exact
same procedure.
