new machine

Got a new machine for anyone who's interested.

SimpleSynth is an analog modelling synth.  Features, at the moment, are:

* 2 oscillators, with multiple waveforms, +/- 1 semitone of detune, and
osc mix
controls
* a 2-pole multimode filter
* filter and amp ADSR envelopes

It's still using samp and freq for most internal variables, which, as
Ben pointed out, doesn't make a whole lot of sense, and it'll also need
to be changed when params start arriving as floats instead of ints.

There's also plenty of other stuff to be done to it, but it's at a state
where it should be interesting to play with.  :)
