Follow-up Comment #2:
"," is not the operator for a matrix product, "*" is.. So you wanted to write
"C=A*B;".. What you instead wrote effectively means
C=A
B;
So you set C equal to A and displayed it, and then did a NOOP on B.. The
behavior you saw is as expected
