Originally reported in Fedora:

Currently our package has to explicitly disable prelinking for octave because
prelinked binaries cause crashes. So we include

with contents:

-b /usr/bin/octave-<version>

to disable prelinking, where <version> is the latest version, currently
3.2.4. Ideally this workaround would not be necessary.
