Follow-up Comment #34, bug #31305 (project octave):
I pushed a small changeset to fix "axis tight" so that it doesn't include the
hggroup's zdata.

The reason is that contour plots store the patches cdata in the hggroup's
zdata property.
To be entirely consistent with Matlab, contour/contourf should set zlim to
[-1, 1].
