Follow-up Comment #3, bug #31479 (project octave):
Just my 2 cents: the call eigs(A,1) at least returns always a single
eigenvalue (I tried 500 times). So, the problem with different number of
eigenvalues is in the extraction procedure for the eigenvectors.
