Follow-up Comment #2, bug #32034 (project octave):

Hello David

>When you say the bug is new, do you means in the last week?

I apologize my not good writing.

On octave-3.2.4 on MinGW, quadgk(@(z)
log(z),1+1i,1+1i,'WayPoints',[1-1i,-1,-1i,-1+1i]) works correctly.

However, for development branch (3.3.xx), quadgk(@(z)
log(z),1+1i,1+1i,'WayPoints',[1-1i,-1,-1i,-1+1i]) have not worked at least
from Benjamin's reports.

The term 'new' means here points to the development branch.
