Follow-up Comment #2, bug #32134 (project octave):

Thanks Ben

octave:6> print -debug test3.png
Ghostscript command: 'C:Programsgsgs9.00bin/gswin32c.exe -dQUIET -dNOPAUSE
-dBATCH -dSAFER -sDEVICE=png16m -dTextAlphaBits=4 -dGraphicsAlphaBits=4
-r150x150 -dEPSCrop -sOutputFile=test3.png -'
fltk-pipeline: 'C:Programsgsgs9.00bin/gswin32c.exe -dQUIET -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH
-dSAFER -sDEVICE=png16m -dTextAlphaBits=4 -dGraphicsAlphaBits=4 -r150x150
-dEPSCrop -sOutputFile=test3.png -'

BTW, for png printing, path of gswin32c.exe is correctly added, while for eps
printing it fails.
octave:6> print -debug test1.eps
