URL: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?36818> Summary: same line if + more Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: None Submitted on: Mon 09 Jul 2012 06:26:43 PM UTC Category: Interpreter Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: None Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 3.6.2 Operating System: GNU/Linux _______________________________________________________ Details: I get a syntax error for the following line in octave 3.6.2: if(exist('OCTAVE_VERSION')~=0) more off; end while: if(exist('OCTAVE_VERSION')~=0) more off; end seems ok. Yet: if(exist('OCTAVE_VERSION')~=0) fflush(stdout); end works nicely. Is this a bug(?) related to non the parenthesized argument of more?
