Follow-up Comment #2, bug #36954 (project octave):
What is your computer's locale? Are you in Canada or the US? I think given
DST, there was no such time, two in the morning of March 11, 2007, since at
that instant time was advanced by one hour. If this matches your locale
settings, I think Octave is behaving correctly.
